This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between the following parties:

BUYER:

The person who purchases products/services through the website.

1. SUBJECT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website payhra.com, in accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The details of the products/services (type, quantity, price, payment method) are as stated on the website and confirmed during the order process.

3. PAYMENT

The Buyer agrees to pay the total amount shown at checkout via the selected payment method. Orders will not be processed until payment is completed.

4. DELIVERY

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
Delivery time is typically 1-7 business days unless otherwise stated.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (CANCELLATION)

Due to the nature of the products sold, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
In such cases, the Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

6. RETURN & REFUND

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

7. EXCEPTIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
