Refund policy

 

We offer a 14-day return window for eligible return requests. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with quality, fit, or appearance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that are not defective or damaged

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

Additionally, certain product categories may not be eligible for return due to their nature.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return and approved, you may place a new order separately.

 

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

However, this right may not apply to products that are not suitable for return due to their nature once delivered.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
