Return & Withdrawal Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding a return.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. To exercise this right, simply contact us at info@payhra.com within this period.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item to us is borne by the customer.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Independently of the right of withdrawal above, you may also return items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and in such cases contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalized products prepared according to the customer's requests or personal needs
  • Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once their packaging has been opened
  • Gift cards

In addition, while your statutory rights regarding sale items remain reserved, returns of non-defective sale items are subject to our store policy. Certain product categories may also not be eligible for return due to their nature.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for return and approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
